    PAYMENTS

    We use Auspost as our shipping method for all orders being posted. We offer a flat rate charge of $15.00. All orders will be packed within 24 hours of purchase and will be posted to you within 48 hours of order being placed (This is subject to weekends and public holidays). If the delivery address is unit or a shop address, signature on delivery is highly recommended, and if you wish for this, please email us at midnightmagick.au@outlook.com and we will forward a separate invoice for this added cost. Signature on delivery option generally covers item under insurance for maximum value of $100. If signature on delivery option is not mentioned and items are not received, Midnight Magick will not be liable for any lost shipments. We will provide you with a proof of items sent by sending you copies of shipping label and tracking number. Should you wish, you can take matter further directly with Auspost. Australia Post make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances and will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver within such timescales. These delivery times can be found on the Auspost website.

At Midnight Magick we ensure all items are packed carefully, using a variety of products such as bubble wrap, packing beans and other packing materials to prevent any damages made in transit. Midnight Magick do not offer refunds on items that may get damaged during transit. Once items are packed and have left us, it is out of our hands. Rest assured, we pack our products in a way to prevent any damages during transit.

    Payments can be made either by any payment methods listed on our website such as credit card, debit card and paypal. Orders will only be shipped once the amount payable is received in full. All payments are to be made in AUD$. We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing. Products are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply any product we will inform you as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the product.

    All sizes and measurements of the products are approximate; we have tried to make sure that they are as accurate as possible. No two polished items are the same as they are handmade. Many stones have naturally occurring inclusions, fractures and cracks that do not affect their individual quality. We appreciate your business and wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We do not refund or accept returns for change of mind,. For any breakages, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of shipment. A request can be lodged via Auspost for a refund on damaged goods. Midnight Magick does the best of their ability to ensure items do not get damaged and are packed accordingly using quality packing materials. Once items have left the hands of Midnight Magick, it is out of our control.
